Familiar elements weaved throughout the design, such as the Maryland state flag, were incorporated to connect with state decision makers.
Long-form copy alongside data charts tell stories meant to connect.
Design and organization of charts and data communicate large amount of impactful statistics without overwhelming the reader.
Icons highlighting the plan’s focus areas were added to the report to increase the visualization in this data-centric report.
